Giveaway terms & conditions
Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, who are residents of New Zealand, and who complete the entry form at www.aucklandcardshow.com/giveaways (the "Entry").
Employees of Card Show Company and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must:

Complete the online entry form at https://www.aucklandcardshow.com/giveaways.

Sign up to receive marketing communications from Card Show Company and/or our partners, as described on the online entry form. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Be a resident of New Zealand.
Only one entry per person per monthly giveaway is permitted unless otherwise stated.
Prize Details
The prize will be the card-related item described on the relevant monthly giveaway page.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries at the end of each monthly giveaway period.
The winner will be contacted via email and may also be announced on the Card Show Company website, email newsletter, and social media channels.
If a winner does not claim their prize within 28 days of being notified, the prize will be deemed forfeited and Card Show Company reserves the right to redraw the prize.
Consent to Announcement
By entering the giveaway, you agree that, if selected, Card Show Company may publish your first name, surname initial, and/or general location (for example, "John S., Auckland") on our website, email newsletter, and social media channels for the purpose of announcing the winner.
Privacy
We respect your privacy.
Personal information collected through this giveaway will be used to administer the giveaway and to send marketing communications from Card Show Company and any partners you have agreed to receive communications from.
We will not sell your personal information or disclose it to third parties except:

Limitation of Liability
Card Show Company accepts no responsibility for any technical malfunction, system failure, lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or any other issues beyond its reasonable control that may affect participation in the giveaway.
General Terms
Card Show Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Card Show Company also reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
